You talk to an independent tree provider in our network. Claimongoing Tree Service is the connector, not the contractor. Each provider runs its own business, with its own crews, trucks, and prices. When you reach out, the goal is simple: get you to someone who can hear about your tree and tell you what comes next.

What Happens on the Call

Expect a short, friendly conversation. A provider will likely ask:

• Where the tree is and how close it is to the house, wires, or fences.
• Whether it is dead, leaning, cracked, or already down.
• If anything is blocked, like a driveway, a path, or a roof.
• Whether a stump is part of the job.

Photos can help. If you have a few, mention them. Many providers can look at a picture and give a rough idea before visiting.

What to Ask a Provider

A good conversation goes both ways. Consider asking:

• Can I get a written quote that lists everything included?
• Is cleanup and hauling part of the price?
• Do you carry insurance and any license my area requires?
• Is stump grinding a separate line item?
• When could someone take a look, and how long will the work take?
• If this was storm damage, can you help me document it for a claim?

Write the answers down. Compare them if you talk to more than one provider.
