Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Claimongoing Tree Service wants all people, including those with disabilities, to be able to use claimongoing.living. This statement shares how we approach that. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Our Goal
We aim to make this site work for as many people as we can. We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a common standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Aim to Take
To help with access, we try to:
- Use clear headings and a sensible page order
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let people use the whole site with a keyboard alone
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple words
- Label every form field clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Third-party content, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard to use, help is still available. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@claimongoing.living and we will do our part to assist.
Share Your Feedback
We welcome your thoughts on how accessible this site is. Email contact@claimongoing.living and tell us:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive tool you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is never finished. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep making it better.
Request a callback
Request a callback to check provider availability, or send a request for an estimate. Tell us about the tree and we will pass your details along.
